Once and order has been placed it will only be dispatched upon full receipt of payment.Payments are to be made to our Paypal Account , you will receive notification of despatch usually within 5 working days of order being processed.

Returned items.Please e.mail us with full details..If the items are damaged in your care this will be non-refundable.Items returned that are not faulty and you request a refund you will only be refunded for the item and not the postage charges.

If the item is faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched you will receive full refund.It is vital to obtain a Recorded Delivery Certificate when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.Please remember that items are returned to us within 7 days.All refund of monies will be paid through paypal account only.
